Project Description
Hệ thống cung cấp nơi phân luồng dữ liệu cho nhân viên telesales. Hệ thống được phát triển trên nền Web có hỗ trợ công nghệ PWAs. Công nghệ này giúp người dùng thêm ứng dụng lên điện thoại mà không cần thông tin Store của hệ điều hành của điện thoại mà người dùng đang sử dụng.
Bên cạnh đó hệ thống cũng cung cấp nơi tương tác giữa nhân viên và hệ thống thông qua giao diện riêng. Mục tiêu là để nhân viên có thể lấy thông tin khách hàng cần xử lý và cập nhật tình hình làm việc lên trên tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitoring requirements traceability. Work closely with stakeholders to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes.
- Lead the product requirement implementation, ensure the increments are delivered correctly and effectively with validation and verification.
- Assist on project scope, estimation, planning, requirement sign off and project change request.
- Working with the team to ensure that deadlines, goals.
